Legrand Shows New Product Lines from Middle Atlantic, NuVo, On-Q and Vantage at CEDIA Expo 2013 (9/9/2013)
CEDIA Expo 2013
Legrand Hosts “Tailgate Takeover” at CEDIA 2013
This year, the ultimate tailgate experience won’t be found outside of Mile High Stadium, it will be right inside the CEDIA show floor at Legrand’s “Tailgate Takeover” in Booth 231 at the Colorado Convention Center from September 26-28, 2013.
Not only will CEDIA attendees get a taste of what’s new from Legrand product lines – Middle Atlantic, NuVo, On-Q and Vantage — they’ll also be treated to traditional tailgate fare, appearances from the Denver Broncos cheerleaders and a chance to meet Super Bowl Champion, John Elway. The Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee and Denver Broncos EVP of Operations will host a Q&A in the Legrand booth on Friday starting at 1 p.m. CEDIA attendees are encouraged to complete the “Legrand Playbook” booth tour to be eligible for the John Elway meet-and-greet and photo opportunity.
“I am looking forward to being at the Legrand booth at CEDIA and meeting their guests,” Elway said. “We are extremely happy with our Vantage system; it has worked out great for us.”
The “Legrand Playbook” takes attendees on a booth tour of the next generation of Legrand
Home System solutions. Specific products include:
• Vantage’s new Equinox 73 interface and companion mobile device apps for Android and iOS provide a refined and simplified user experience. When linked to its powerful InFusion system, Equinox delivers the means for consumers to efficiently create their own flexible, personalized spaces.
• The new Residential Configured Rack System (RCS) from Middle Atlantic Products is a smart, cost-effective, fully assembled rack system for residential installers, that offers pre-installed accessories delivering substantial savings in time and money; MAP will also showcase RackLink power management modules, which provide additional energy management control for home automation systems.
• On-Q new construction and retrofit networking solutions will be on display; as well as home entertainment products that give the CEDIA installer the best solutions to capitalize on the growing criticality of a robust home network.
• NuVo Technologies will showcase enhancements to the Wireless Audio System, integration modules (drivers and other software) for using NuVo with Vantage’s Equinox, other third-party systems, and other developments.
In addition to John Elway’s appearance and product demos, CEDIA attendees visiting Legrand’s “Tailgate Takeover” will be eligible to win themed prizes throughout the weekend – such as footballs and jerseys signed by Mr. Elway, who is an enthusiastic owner of several Vantage products, the luxury home automation line from Legrand.
“This is the first time CEDIA attendees have the chance to see all of these incredible Legrand product lines together in one booth, so we created a really impactful campaign to recognize this new collaboration,” said Doug Fikse, President of Legrand’s Home Systems Division. “CEDIA is a critical platform for introducing new innovation and giving our dealers the tools and education they need to be successful.”
