Habitech Expands Brand Portfolio and Recruits New Talent in Support (15/3/2013)

Habitech, the value-added distributor of a wide range of custom installation products and services is expanding its pool of brand and staff talent to make 2013 a year of enterprising evolution.

With immediate effect, the company is delighted to welcome the experience of Daryl Brennan to the team. Daryl who has worked with Habitech MD Jonathan Pengilley at executive level at Steljes, and latterly as MD of AV distributor Fusion Technologies in Ireland, joins Habitech’s management team as Brand Manager with overall responsibility for a group of new brands, specifically Sire, ihiji, CleerLine and Stream.

Working alongside Sales Manager Timmi Thorsen and the Habitech business development managers, Daryl’s remit will be to maximise sales opportunities across the UK and Ireland for designated products, and to explore wider international distribution opportunities. The appointment is part of Habitech’s long term strategy to re-invest and profitably grow a sustainable business across new product categories.

Joining Daryl Brennan are two experienced internal product specialists, recruited to augment and increase support across Habitech’s core audio and video propositions. Giovanni Scatola joins us as an accomplished audio engineer (with extensive post production and remastering experience) most recently at Metropolis Studios. Primarily Giovanni will assume responsibility for managing our Sonance and NuVo relationships, and will maximise associated SCP cable product opportunities. more…

Gionanni is tasked with becoming Habitech’s principle audio product specialist, supporting both internal staff and our customers wherever possible. Craig Abrahams joins us as video specialist with credentials in film and video broadcast engineering. Primarily Craig will be managing our WyreStorm and Yamaha relationships and their associated SCP cable product opportunities. Craig is tasked with becoming Habitech’s principle video product specialist, supporting our staff and customers wherever possible.

Giovanni and Craig will take up their new roles on 2nd April.
