Cytech Introduces Interface to JSJS Designs LightwaveRF Wireless Control System (19/10/2012)

Cytech is pleased to announce that the Comfort integrated Intruder Alarm and Home Autimation System is able to interface to LightwaveRF from JSJS Designs, which is a simple to use low cost wireless control system. This requires the Comfort Main Controller, Universal UCM with Ethernet Interface and the Wifi-link from LightwaveRF (which allows iPhone/iPad control)

Using Comfort and the Universal UCM, commands can be sent to any LightwaveRF device. This transforms LightwaveRF devices from stand-alone light and appliance switches into part of a comprehensive Security and Automation system. Alternately, Cytech’s Logic Engine Product can be used for installations that do not require the Intruder Alarm function.

The Universal UCM allows interfacing of almost any 3rd party home automation system with Comfort. Information about the Universal UCM including an application note on how to set up and program the Universal UCM to talk to LightwaveRF can be downloaded from:
