DVDO Introduces Quick6 HDMI Switch at CEDIA Expo (6/9/2012)

DVDO, an award-winning provider of high-quality, high-definition (HD) video processing, switching and connectivity solutions, today announced that DVDO's full product line will be showcased at the upcoming CEDIA Expo, including the company's latest product, the Quick6™ HDMI switch. The Quick6 product is the industry's first high-performance HDMI® switch that features InstaPrevue™ technology, which enables a live picture-in-picture preview of each connected HDMI device. It is an essential component for home theater installations with multiple HDMI sources. DVDO's Quick6 HDMI switch joins the company's existing products that include the DVDO Air WirelessHD® system, and iScan™ Duo and EDGE Green video processors.

The Quick6 HDMI switch upgrades home theater installations to the latest video connectivity technologies - including six 300MHz HDMI inputs, MHL® support, InstaPrevue, and InstaPort™ - without the need to replace existing AVRs. The product's dual HDMI outputs can also be used to drive two displays simultaneously. Custom installers will find the Quick6 HDMI switch to be an ideal product for new and existing home theater setups with multiple HDMI sources and displays.

The Quick6 HDMI switch features:

• MHL input to connect a mobile device to a display
