This remarkable visual feast is achieved through an ingenious combination of software, electronics and precision optics.

The RS-900 is sleek, well-engineered technology at its best. And it is also incredibly easy to install. Simply plug in all your video sources, including Blu-Ray, DVD, Sky HD and even computer games, and you're on your way. The projector works perfectly with fixed or motorised screens such as Screen Research's range of Acoustically Transparent and Solid screens. The RS-900 can be calibrated using the ISF menu systems, ensuring an incredible picture every time.

The RS-900 has been engineered for top quality 1080p picture performance, and features Runco's powerful SuperOnyxT technology for bright, pristine, high definition images.

The contrast ratio and dynamic range have also been extended to new boundaries thanks to the exclusive use of Reflectance Volume RegulationT (RVR), which includes a new electronically controlled iris system.

Or put another way, the RS-900 means crystal clear images and outstanding definition every time you switch it on.

Runco's advanced VivixT digital video processing is also included in the RS-900 to enhance picture quality yet further and provide artifact-free scaling. And by including its exclusive Selectable Lamp Intensity ControlT (SLICT), Runco has given home cinema fans a system which provides two selectable lamp intensity levels. This means maximum flexibility when it comes to screen size, ambient light conditions, brightness and contrast balance.

The system has also been cleverly designed to extend the life of the lamp - so often a hidden extra cost with many projectors - and a new cooling system increases efficiency and reduces noise levels.

Also included are discrete input source, aspect ratio and power on/off, as well as an RS-232 interface for seamless integration with automation control systems. Two HDMI inputs with HDCP are also provided.
