AGFEO shows telephone systems with EIB interface (12/5/2008) AGFEO participated for the first time at the Light and Building in Frankfurt, an exhibition for lighting, electrical engineering and building / home automation. The venue attracted in excess of 165 thousand visitors of which 66 thousand where international guests. Light and Building was launched in 2000 and just after five events developed into the leading exhibition for this sector. AGFEO attracted great interest with exhibiting telephone systems with EIB interface. AGFEO is the only manufacturer who offers this connectivity to the EIB/KNX bus. An AGFEO Telephone System could pay for itself considering the saving on EIB devices such as switches and timing devices. AGFEO's ingenious idea to combine telephony and home automation will make it possible that every telephone connected to the system, including cordless phones, will become a control device to operate EIB equipment. As you would expect the activation of EIB devices can also be done remotely from any telephone in the world.
