Opus announces addition of new sales executive (25/4/2008) Following Opus Technologies’ rapid expansion with the acquisition of over 100 new UK dealers, the company is pleased to announce the addition of Phill Worsell as Sales Executive to its already burgeoning team. Phill has over a decade’s experience in AV and multi-room entertainment having spent time in retail and custom installation businesses. Phill started out in traditional hi-fi sales before spending the last four years concentrating on custom installations across a wide variety of projects. In this regard Phill is adept at working with all types of professionals within the industry such as architects, designers, building developers and most importantly specialist AV dealers and multi-room installers. His initial focus will be on supporting Opus’ growing dealer base in the south, south-midlands and East Anglia. “2008 will be a landmark year for Opus as we introduce a stream of new products such as the stunning WCU600 touchscreen keypad. Our focus is very much on establishing a nationwide network of certified installation partners who can specify, design and install Opus systems in everything from home improvement projects to large scale new developments. We are delighted to welcome Phill as a key member of the team”, said Peter Brown, Opus Technologies’ Chief Operating Officer.
