New SmartMount Models feature 1-inch of Internal Cable Management

Peerless Industries, Inc., the industry leader in professional-grade audio/visual mounting solutions, has announced the debut of 12 new SmartMount(tm) Articulating Arm Wall Mount models that accommodate TVs from 32 inches up to 63 inches. A selection of the most prevalent screen models will be shown at ISE 2008, Amsterdam, January 29-30, 2008 in booth number L87.

"We have designed our new articulating arm series with not only the aesthetics to complement the home dˇcor but also the capability to fully accommodate all those cables and cords."

Advanced Cable Management

The new SmartMount(tm) Articulating Arm Wall Mounts provide four internal cable management channels for cable routing, each with one inch of cable storage space per channel. These channels enable easy management of A/V cables and even pro-cord bundles, keeping them virtually hidden from sight to provide a clean installation.

Installation Made Easy

Installation features in the new Articulating Arms deliver horizontal position adjustment on the wall plate, up to 10.75 inches, to ensure the screen will be positioned where it needs to be. Single-stud or double-stud mount models are available. The double-stud models' wall plates include two large openings for easy cord routing and electrical gang box placement. When the openings are not in use, they are covered up with included decorative covers, maintaining the mount's clean appearance. Universal models include an adjustable adapter plate that expands to accommodate even larger mounting hole patterns found on plasma TVs, ensuring compatibility within a wide range or screens. All models are UL listed, holding four times the stated load capacity.

Versatility

The SmartMount(tm) Articulating Arm Wall Mounts take versatility to a new level. With up to 30 inches of extension and three tension-able swivel points, the arms allow up to 180 degrees of swivel for limitless viewing positions, even around corners. The ideal screen viewing angle is easily achieved with the one-touch tilt mechanism, which requires no additional tools to change the screen angle.

The Articulating Arm Wall Mounts are the newest additions to Peerless' SmartMount(tm) 700 Series and will be shown in Peerless' booth number L87, at ISE 2008, Amsterdam. January 29-31, 2008.
