News The Multi-Room Company adds Flying Mole to its product portfolio (1/11/2007) The Multi-Room Company, Cheltenham based distributor of hi-fi and custom installation products, has been appointed official UK distributor for Japanese electronics brand, Flying Mole. Flying Mole has, under the direction of Ian Galloway of ICG Consultancy, quickly established itself as an important brand in the UK hi-fi market. Having first come to the attention of the UK consumer at the 2006 Bristol Hi-Fi Show, the company's products have gone on to the achieve recognition within the media, obtaining some excellent reviews. Manufactured in Japan and designed by leading experts in their field, the Flying Mole amplifiers all employ the latest digital amplification technology, much of which is designed in-house and unique to the company's products. Distribution in the UK has been steadily building up since the product's introduction and now, with the appointment of The Multi-Room Company as official UK distributors, the channel opportunities for the range of domestic amplifiers have been widened considerably. Robert Hay, will be key contact at Multi-Room for the Flying Mole product range, aiding its development through his extensive knowledge of the specialist hi-fi market. Commenting on the addition of the brand to the business' portfolio, Doug Gale, managing director of The Multi-Room Company, said: "Flying Mole and The Multi-Room Company are a perfect fit for one another. A brand such as this needs to be managed by a distributor who is big enough to develop the product's presence, without being so big as to lose focus. Flying Mole's amplifiers are a perfect complement to the other products in our range and will offer our customers new opportunities to satisfy their clients needs."
