Panamax Introduces the Next Generation MAX In-Wall Family (21/8/2007)

Panamax will display the next generation of its innovative and award-winning Max In-Wall(tm) series: the In-Wall Powerkit-Pro, Power-Pro, and Dual Signal Bay.

MAX In-Wall Powerkit-Pro

The new MAX In-Wall Powerkit-Pro provides a noise-free, code-compliant extension of Panamax filtration and protection to remotely located devices, such as plasma displays, LCDs, and projectors. A safer and more attractive alternative to running an unsightly extension cord from the component rack to the video output, the Powerkit accommodates optional signal line modules for a professional finish with additional EMI/RFI noise filtration built into outlet receptacles. MAX In-Wall Power-Pro

Where it is not practical to run an AC line from the rack to the remote display location, the MAX In-Wall Power-Pro can utilize any branch circuit to deliver safe power to the remote display in a UL-approved, code-compliant manner. The 15-Amp Power-Pro offers two AC outlets with Level 1 EMI/RFI noise filtration for clear, detailed images and crisp sound, while Thermal Fusing, Over Voltage Protection, and Catastrophic Surge circuitry protect sensitive home theater components from damaging power surges and voltage transients. MAX In-Wall Dual Signal Bay

The MAX In-Wall Dual Signal Bay offers an elegant, convenient solution for connecting signal lines from the source device to the display device when running cables within walls. The Dual Signal Bay accommodates two blank module inserts with pass-through plugs or two in-wall signal protection modules and fits into many two-gang outlet brackets. The unit features a full metal housing and enlarged faceplate to accommodate oversize wall cutouts and a 14-AWG, solid-wire connection for bonding and grounding to in-wall AC units. SRP $29.95

Introducing the MAX PM (Power Management) Component Family

Panamax will be introducing the performance-enhancing MAX PM family of power management products: the 4300-PM, 5100-PM, 5300-PM, and 5400-PM. All components in the MAX PM family are specifically designed for high-definition systems, and feature a distinctive, easy-to-understand icon system to compare features and evaluate system performance.

MAX 4300-PM

The MAX 4300-PM power conditioner offers Level 2 power cleaning and Linear Filtration Technology (LiFT) to eliminate common symptoms of AC line noise, allowing equipment to perform at full capacity for an optimal home theater experience. Additionally, noise isolation between the two isolated outlet banks prevents any noise created by a component plugged into one bank from contaminating the power to equipment plugged into the other outlet bank.
