News Ethereal Home Theater introduces HDMI-WP11 and HDMI-WP21 Wall Plate Kits for optimal HDMI cable installation and performance (1/8/2007) Ethereal Home Theater introduces The HDMI-WP11, a set of two HDMI-WP1 wall plates that go beyond simply accommodating an HDMI connection to actually optimize HDMI cable performance. Ethereal's HDMI-WP11 provides the highest-quality connection point for in-wall CL rated HDMI cables. Each wall plate utilizes a trace equalized circuit board with the gold-plated HDMI terminals mounted on the top and front edges. This design guarantees that the digital signal path will not be affected by the hard angles normally associated with bringing in HDMI out from the wall. The innovative wall plate also includes an HDMI line conditioner for a cleaner, more robust interface. The HDMI-WP11 is among the products in Ethereal's exciting new DTW Series of advanced HDMI technology accessories. Designed by and for custom installers, the HDMI-WP11 is manufactured in the United States. Ethereal Home Theater also introduces the industry-first HDMI-WP21 wall plate kit. The package consists of one HDMI-WP1 wall plate and one HDMI-WP2 wall plate to achieve the best possible performance from multiple HDMI components in the same home theater system.
