Loewes latest revolutionary Home Cinema concept offers even more fascinating set-up options, including a new centre speaker floor stand, and includes the latest L2700 Digital+ chassis.

As demand for complete Home Cinema solutions from manufacturers increases, Loewe has extended its successful product range of Individual TV sets to include the Individual Compose.

This flexible and modular system is a new, fully integrated Home Cinema concept. The centre piece is formed by the two large-format Loewe LCD TV sets, Individual 40 Compose and Individual 46 Compose. Like all Loewe Individual TV sets, the two new Flat TVs can be individually configured in design and technology. When combined with the audio solutions developed by Loewe, a flexible, personalised home cinema system is created.

The perfect home cinema solution

Stereo speakers, specially developed for the Individual Compose, can be linked at the side of the new LCD TVs or mounted separately on walls as required. The Individual 40 Compose can also be equipped with an individually positioned centre speaker, two front speakers contrasting with the TV set and an active subwoofer.

With horizontal or vertical mounting options the subwoofer may either be clearly visible in the room or concealed as required. This classic 3.1 solution thus achieves a unique bass-focused stereo sound.

Individual Compose can also be combined with the recently launched Individual Sound speaker system. With the Individual 46 Compose as TV monitor, four upright speakers, a centre speaker as well as the active subwoofer, perfect Loewe 5.1 Dolby Surround sound acoustics are produced. Systems with space-saving satellite speakers will also impress with a superb surround sound and can be integrated in shelving, mounted on the wall or free-standing on a satellite stand.

Previewed exclusively at CEDIA 2007 is Loewe's Centre Speaker Floor Stand for the Individual Compose. This exciting new audio concept incorporates the Individual Compose's centre speaker into a stylish yet practical floor stand providing the perfect solution for those wanted a more compact audio solution. The Centre Speaker Floor Stand is available in the full range of Individual Compose colours.

Full HD Pictures

The Individual Compose's premium image quality is also to be admired. With a visible screen diagonal of 101 or 117 centimetres, both the Individual 40 Compose and Individual 46 Compose LCD TVs offer brilliant pictures in 16:9 big screen format. The high-definition full HD panel (1920 x 1080 pixels) combined with the new Loewe Digital+ HD platform ensures Loewe reputation as one of the leading premium brands in the European flat screen TV market.

The main features of the new Loewe chassis technology are:

The world's first HD TV with integrated hard disc

A significant feature of the new Loewe Digital+ HD platform is the integrated hard disc recorder DR+ that can record both HDTV and standard definition (SD) TV programmes. The Individual Compose DR+ can record up to 200 hours of footage, whether pre-programmed or activated during a programme. This process enables deferred viewing, known as Time Shift. In the event of interruptions in a TV broadcast e.g. due to a phone call, press the button of the remote control to halt the programme and resume it later on without any loss of information. With the revised Assist+ guide system the Loewe Individual Compose may be logically and intuitively controlled by means of a clearly structured screen menu. Using its new user-friendly main page, personally defined menu options such as DR+ archive can be accessed quickly and easily.

Set-up options for the Loewe Individual Compose are similarly stylish. In addition to the attractive wall mount and tabletop solution, Individual Compose can be rotated, tilted and height adjusted on a spectacular floor-ceiling pole. There is also a floor stand with motorized rotation. Cables are elegantly concealed in the prepared cable channel for all set-up options.

The two LCD TVs are currently available in the Individual colours, Aluminium Silver, Aluminium Black. A brand new Chrome version of both the Individual Compose and the Centre Speaker Floor Stand will also be introduced later this year. Loewe Individual Compose Freeview is available now.
