BMB Electronics Shows TruAudio's Redesigned and Upgraded R Series In-Ceiling Speakers (20/6/2007)

Stand B5, CEDIA UK Expo 2007

TruAudio has replaced their highly regarded top InCeiling models with exciting and upgraded new models called the R Series.

The speakers have been redesigned to include improved crossovers as well as completely new woofers. The new Glass Fiber woofer used in the R2 models is a rich sounding, stiff material that provides extended bass, and the upgraded Carbon Fiber woofer (in the top of the line R3 models) offers the best of both worlds - smooth, clear midrange and deep, rich bass.

Another very important upgrade is the larger, smoother and high power handling tweeters made from Polypropylene, Aluminum and Titanium. They are mounted on a unique and innovative bridge that allows the installer to angle the high frequencies towards the listening area without having to push on the actual tweeter - just rotate the bridge where you want it to go.

All the new models come STANDARD with the innovative new EZ Frame which allows installation or removal of the grill in seconds. Magnets that are embedded in the frame hold the grill assembly securely in place and make removal and reattachment extremely simple. The EZFrame is also sold separately so it can be installed before the actual product itself.
