News COMPUTERLINKS Shows HD Movies over IP into Multiple rooms (4/6/2007) Stand A5, CEDIA UK Expo 2007 COMPUTERLINKS, a leading distributor of multimedia networking solutions, will be showcasing products from several of its vendor partners, including Lewis Home Theatre, Global CachŽ, ViewSonic, Clever Technologies and Superna. The event is being held at ExCeL London from 26th to 28th June 2007.
John Turner, head of multimedia networking at COMPUTERLINKS, comments, "Our multimedia product portfolio has matured considerably since our debut at CEDIA last year. CEDIA Expo is a great opportunity for us to highlight our multimedia products and explain how installers can successfully implement them into an IP network." On stand A5 COMPUTERLINKS will be showcasing the following technologies: - The UK's first IP network based DVD / HD DVD system from Lewis Home Theatre, which enables installers to offer their customers the ability to watch films from their collection in up to fifty rooms - The AirSync v212 from ViewSonic, an affordable wireless interface tablet, which is an ideal addition to control systems from vendors such as, CMC, Crestron, HomeLogic and others already available from COMPUTERLINKS - Clever Technologies latest edition of Clever Media Control (CMC) - Superna's control software designed to be used with media center products such as the Clever 3000 and Global Cache's GC100 IP/IR/RS232 network controller At the three-day event COMPUTERLINKS will show the channel a variety of products from different vendors that can be sold as a package offering.
