News Tenvera launches the Home Fibre IP Solution (14/4/2007) Stand C7, CEDIA UK Expo 2007 Tenvera, the first company ever to architect the first plug and play fibre optic in the home solution, unveils the IP Solution at CEDIA UK Expo. The IP Solution allows the consumer to plug up to eight Tenvera pre-terminated fibre reels into a Stand Alone Switch (SAS) which delivers lightening speeds to every IP based piece of consumer electronics in the house through optical fibre which has unlimited bandwidth. This is the first readily available consumer "in the premise" system of its kind. Consumer electronic aficionados have been anticipating their bandwidth needs and have been anxious for the release of this product. The beauty of the Tenvera system is that for the first time it provides a cost effective, complete solution which is fully modular, can be installed in stages, requires no specialised expertise or tools and requires much less labour to install compared to current copper based solutions. Its simplicity is the key! Imagine the ability to make Future Ready and increase the value of your new home or refurb. in much the same way that traditional copper solutions were once expected to. It is easy to install and is a good investment as it has already proven to at least double its own value upon installation today. Projections show that the return on investment will continue to increase as Fibre In The Home becomes increasingly common. Ken Weller COO (Tenvera UK Ltd) Commented "For the first time it is genuinely possible to make your property ready for all future networking requirements. Providing the bandwidth to transmit pictures, voice and data faster and clearer than has ever been possible. Including this system in any current property specification is vital, as fibre optic networks become an inevitable and crucial part of a property's infrastructure for the future".
