News Vantage Announces InFusion Media (27/2/2007) Integrated Systems Europe 2007 Simple touchscreen use Now you can control your InFusion System, Music Library, and IP Cameras from a TouchPoint 1210. Three new components have been added to InFusion Media: 1. Vantage System Control Component (wireless control
of your Vantage home automation system) Creating a TouchPoint design should be simple with the TouchPoint 1210. At least that's what we think. It takes less than 5 minutes. Control your Vantage home automation system with TouchPoint With TouchPoint you control any load in your project by selecting the appropriate buttons and loads. TouchPoint controls your music The Music Component allows you to control any Windows XP, Media Center Edition PC or your MediaPlayer. You see your music library in a clear way, play music, and control playback. Multiple TouchPoints can be configured to control the same music server or you can have one TouchPoint control the music on multiple music servers. See your cameras on your TouchPoint from anywhere in the house The Camera Component allows you to view the camera on the TouchPoint 1210. Drop the component on the screen, configure the type and IP Address of the camera, export to the TouchPoint 1210 and you can see who is at the door in your hometheatre or in your kitchen. Have an Axis or Pansonic camera with Pan, Tilt and Zoom. Even more fun. From the TouchPoint 1210 you can move the camera, zoom in, and have full control of the camera. InFusion Media is now available. Its technology is exclusively available on TouchPoint and will be included on every TouchPoint. Some important improvements: The Vantage TouchPoint tablet can now view all of the images from the My Pictures directory of the media server in a consistent interface similar to the music application. Another item is the Weather Component. Weather for any location in the world can be shown on the Vantage TouchPoint in either a current conditions or an extended five-day forecast. An unlimited number of weather components each with different locations can be included in the InFusion Media interface. The WebWindow component allows the user to embed a web browser within the InFusion Media interface creating a uniform appearance without the need for a popup browser. The WebWindow component also allows the embedding of third party interfaces such as iMerge or Request Audio.
