The compact-full-color LCD touchscreen, perfect complement of 35 hard buttons and intelligently-designed layout, allowing for intuitive operation, distinguish the T2-C from its competitors. The slim ergonomic design permits effortless one-handed operation - even for those with smaller hands. The T2-C provides users control over their home theaters and distributed audio systems, as well as lighting, drapes, and other electronically controlled household systems. It features a powerful 32-bit, 200MHz XScale(r) processor and in the event of battery failure, the T2C's non-volatile 16Mbytes of Flash memory assures that no-programming is lost. Scheduled for release this fall, the T2-C will be available to custom installers nationwide as part of RTI's powerful control solutions family of products. "The T2-C is designed to be the ultimate in handheld control," said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. "Combining the power and features of the T2C with our TheaterTouch Designer(tm) software gives dealers the ability to utilize the T2C for an almost limitless amount of applications. Not only is this controller extraordinarily flexible and expandable, it is ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing." The bright, high-contrast color LCD on the T2C can display custom buttons, text, graphics, and animations. Programming is easy and efficient thanks to RTI's Windows(r) based TheaterTouch Designer(tm) software.
