RTI Debuts Three Affordable Customizable Keypads for Complete Home Control (5/2/2007)

Integrated Systems Europe 2007

The RK1-2, RK1-4, and RK1-8 Provide Additional Control Options to Any System

Remote Technologies Inc, the leading manufacturer in home control products, announced the introduction of three new customizable keypads designed for flush-mount installations. All three keypads provide a self-contained control system for controlling audio/video components, lights, or other electronic systems in the home.

Sized for a single-gang outlet, the RK1-2, RK1-4 and RK1-6 incorporate two, four, and eight fully-programmable buttons respectively, which can be custom labeled with text and symbols. In addition to labeling customization, the backlight for each button can be configured to display almost any desired color.

"Focusing exclusively in the custom installation market, our products are uniquely designed to meet the needs of our installers," stated Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. "The new RK1 Series of programmable keypads are a convenient addition to an RTI system regardless of size, to provide extra control options to consumers."

Easy to install, the RK1 keypads provide an expanded control option that adds convenience to any system. They are also designed to match any dˇcor due to their clean and neutral style and compatibility with Decora(r) style wall plates.
