ICM's New Radial Bubble Compression Tool and One-Piece
Bubble Connectors Provide Superior Connections at an Affordable
Price (27/12/2006)
Stand B72, Integrated Systems Europe 2007
International Communications Manufacturing
Corp. (ICM) (Booth B72) introduces a radial bubble compression (RBC)
tool and new line of one-piece, non-blind entry, bubble connectors.
Together the new compression tool and connectors are known as the
"db 360 System."
ICM is the parent company of CablePro and
F-Conn Industries, recognized leaders in 360-degree compression
tools and connectors.
"The double bubble (db) is a patented design
that allows installers to achieve an extraordinarily solid connection,"
said Tim Root, ICM's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "CablePro's
signature 360-degree compression tools and F-Conn connectors continue
to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of designers and installers
worldwide. With db we are responding to market demand for a competitively
priced, high-performance connector."
The db design utilizes two 360-degree compression
connections (one interior and one exterior) to ensure the creation
of permanent, rock-solid connections. The unique double bubble connection
provides superior protection against moisture leakage, making it
ideal for any environment where moisture is an issue, including
security cameras and other exposed wiring installations.
ICM's CablePro radial bubble compression
tool (CPLCRBC) and one-piece bubble connectors are designed to work
together. And because the CPLCRBC also works with F-Conn Basic F
and RCA series connectors, the number of tools needed on the job
is greatly reduced. ICM's patented floating pin and non-blind entry
design allows installers to see when the wire is set in the pin,
eliminating guesswork and reducing costly errors.
Manufactured in a proprietary process that
uses the highest quality materials and metals, ICM products are
not susceptible to cracking or snapping during compression.
