RBH Sound Introduces Two New Additions to its Popular M Series (19/12/2006)

Stand K120b, Integrated Systems Europe 2007

RBH proudly introduces two new loudspeaker models, the WM-30 and the FM-45, to its fashionable M Series, a series which reflects RBH's commitment to producing loudspeakers which complement ever-changing and evolving listening environments.

The WM-30 is a 30-inch long on-wall loudspeaker featuring RBH's proprietary aluminum cone technology. It is a slightly longer version of RBH's trendy WM-24 on-wall speaker for larger flat-panel televisions. Featuring two active and two passive 4-inch woofers and a 1-inch soft dome tweeter, the WM-30 also comes with its own on-wall mounting bracket for easy installation. Like the WM-24, the WM-30 is available in brushed aluminum or satin black finishes. The brushed aluminum version comes with both black and silver grilles to coordinate with virtually any flat-panel television.

The FM-45 is a 45-inch tall freestanding tower speaker which also features RBH's proprietary aluminum cone technology and closely resembles its on-wall siblings. Featuring a 1-inch soft dome tweeter, two 4-inch aluminum cone mid-woofers and two 8-inch aluminum cone woofers, the FM-45 provides excellent acoustic resolution and detail. The FM-45 can also be bi-wired and/or bi-amplified to provide enough bass to essentially eliminate the need for a separate subwoofer. This can create a visually appealing setup when a pair of FM-45's is used with a modern widescreen rear-projection television. Like the WM-30, the FM-45 will also be available in brushed aluminum and satin black. To better match some dˇcors, silver front grilles for the FM-45 can be purchased separately for US$70/pair.

"We're very excited to introduce these two new models," said RBH's Marketing Director, Daren Egan. "The WM-30 and FM-45 are just what our dealers have been yearning for, and both models provide unique, high definition sound solutions for today's home theaters featuring high definition video."

The WM-30 measures 30" H x 7.125" W x 3.75" D and weigh 16 pounds each. The WM-30 has a suggested retail of US$599/each, and is available now. The FM-45 measures 45" H x 7.125" W x 16.25" D and weigh 42 pounds each. The FM-45 has a suggested retail of US$1,999.99/pair, and is slated to ship later this month.
