Vantage EMEA Announces InFusion Media 2.2 (24/11/2006)

Vantage emea is proud to announce the release of InFusion Media 2.2. Now you can control your InFusion System, Music Library, and IP Cameras from a TouchPoint 1210. Three new components have been added to InFusion Media 2.2:

1. Vantage System Control Component (Lighting System)
2. Music Component
3. IP Video Camera Component

Create a TouchPoint design by simply dragging each of these onto a page, configure the component, export to the TouchPoint 1210, and in under 5 minutes you can be controlling them.

Vantage System Control Component

The Vantage System Control Component allows you to press any button or control any load in your project by simply selecting the appropriate buttons and loads. You no longer have to create multiple pages, placing buttons and sliders and then programming them. Simply drop in the component, select the buttons and loads, export and you are done.

Music Component

The Music Component allows you to control any Windows XP or Media Center Edition PC. Place the component on a TouchPoint page, configure the computer name or IP Address, export and you can browse your music library, play music, and control playback. Multiple TouchPoints can be configured to control the same music server or you can have one TouchPoint control the music on multiple music servers.

IP Video Camera Component

The Camera Component allows you to view the camera on the TouchPoint 1210. Drop the component on the screen, configure the type and IP Address of the camera, export to the TouchPoint 1210 and you can see who is at the door. Have an Axis or Pansonic camera with Pan, Tilt and Zoom. Even more fun. From the TouchPoint1210 you can move the camera, zoom in, and have full control of the camera.

InFusion Media 2.2 is now available. InFusion Media is a patent pending technology. ItŐs only available for the TouchPoint 1210. It requires that the TouchPoint be updated to version 2, that Design Center be updated to 1.2 and for controlling music, that the InFusion Media Servers be installed on the Windows XP or Media Center Edition PC.
