Control4 10.5-Inch In-Wall Touch Screen Brings Easy Home Control To Every Room (20/10/2006)

Control4, the leader in affordable home automation and entertainment solutions, today announced its Control4(r) In-Wall Touch Screen - 10.5, will be unveiled at the 2006 CEDIA Expo (booth #634). The wall-mounted touch pad will provide consumers with yet another way to manage and control their Control4 home automation system, complementing the existing 10.5 wireless touch screen and the four-inch mini touch screens.

Control4's In-Wall Touch Screen is designed to meet each homeowner's personal preferences. The navigation software caters to a variety of home automation solutions, whether users have complex lighting, home theater, and climate control schemes, or simply want an attractive way to control a single room.

The Control4 In-Wall Touch Screen - 10.5 supplements an already comprehensive lineup of control devices. Whether homeowners want fixed wall panels, portable full color screens, or simply a sleek universal remote that can eliminate gadget clutter, Control4 has a range of home automation solutions. The addition of both wired and wireless options provide users with flexible solutions for music, lighting, home theater and climate control.

The Control4 In-Wall Touch Screen - 10.5 plans to ship in the fourth quarter and has a list price of $2495. Key features include a high-contrast 800 x 600 pixel SVGA screen, 10/100 Ethernet connectivity and an 802.11g wireless option.
