AM Denmark and BBG join forces for 2006 (18/8/2006)

AM Denmark one of the Worlds Premier Cleaning Products has decided to join forces with BBG Distribution as from 1st June 2006.

New and gentle professional cleaning solution takes care of sensitive Computer and Plasma Flat screens

Soren Harding, Managing Director at AM confirmed, "It was a very easy decision to decide to join forces with BBG Distribution. BBG was an obvious choice after having seen the tremendous job that BBG has done for brands like Vogels, Bandridge & Profigold and with the new focus on Flat Screen products from AM we found a perfect fit between AM and BBG Distribution since the AM products fit perfectly into the BBG Distribution product program and market strategy"

Gordon Dutch CEO at BBG stated, "BBG is very excited about the new AM products. The brand fits perfectly with our current portfolio and group strategy. The products lend themselves to a 100% attachment rate for Flat Panel products and with sales in this area growing rapidly, BBG is looking forward to taking the AM products into a whole new area of retail, as well as grow their existing business."

Several computer users have got themselves a smart flatscreen of high quality. But after just a short time in use the screen gets dirty and the picture quality changes and you eyes get tired. During cleaning the surface can potentially get scratched or damaged - even by using a piece of kitchen roll. Based on these facts AM Denmark launches OneClean, a new, gentle cleaning product for all kinds of flatscreens - for both computer screens and plasma televisions at work or in your own living room.

- Most modern flatscreens do not put up with cleaning solutions, which contain alcohol or other hard additives, Steen Kyster says from AM Denmark. - Especially soft LCD, TFT and plasma screens may suffer from scratches or a damaged coating - and then the surface is damaged for good.

The new product is very easy to use: Spray once or twice on the cold screen and wipe with the micro fibre cloth, which is a part of the set - and the screen is clean. The composition of the new solution is company confidential, however, at AM Denmark Steen Kyster tells, that the solution does not contain either alcohol or other hard additives. And therefore the screen will not be scratched or suffer other long lasting damages when being cleaned.

With the new OneClean cleaning set you can ensure yourself a perfect picture quality and a long lifetime for your flatscreen. The smart all-in-one cleaning set, designed by the internationally known Danish design company Tools Design, is so elegant that it deserves a place next to the computer screen or the plasma television at home. OneClean can even be used for cleaning CDs, DVDs etc. OneClean is available in retail for between £9.99-19.99 for the top of the range Designer product.
