Marantz Presents a Full Range of Custom Install Friendly Products (27/6/2006)

Marantz, one of the leading designers and manufacturers of Premium AV products will present a full range of custom Install friendly products at The CEDIA Expo in London Excel. Next to Marantz' own CI friendly products; Marantz will also display other high quality custom installation brands such as Opus-Technologies, Mordaunt-Short and Escient.

The Marantz stand will see the unveiling of a major new innovation, as ingenious as it is simple to use. The company's remarkable new WEAVE system (Wired Entertainment Accessible Via Electricity) means audio can now be played around the home taking advantage of the one network every house already has pre-installed - the mains. Simply plug WEAVE-enabled equipment into the mains socket and listen to music anywhere.

Marantz is also proud to unveil its elegant new IS201 universal docking station for iPod, arguably, the most flexible and user friendly docking station available today. The £100 dock is the only one to fully integrate all iPods with any home cinema or hi-fi system, or even a PC if you wish, and is completely backwards compatible.

Marantz will also be showing the award winning Escient hard disc music server the Fireball SE160i. The versatile Fireball offers even more digital music storage options over its predecessors plus a host of exciting new features making it easier than ever to store, access, and browse all of your digital music from one powerful, yet simple-to-use interface.

From Mordaunt-Short a few models of the striking Avant architect In Wall/In Ceiling speakers will be showcased. Avant Architect is a range of custom install speakers offering a virtually invisible audio solution. With the complete line-up, there's an Avant Architect speaker to suit every room in your home.

Elsewhere, Opus 500, an intuitive multi-room entertainment system, provides music and video to multiple zones. Finally, Octopus Opus modular, cost-effective audio/video multi-room system features keypads, remotes and an active speaker solution.
