provides all-digital connectivity between SDI sources and DVI-D
or HDMI (with adapter) / HDCP input displays. Like all innovative
Key Digital(R) solutions, Digital Blaster(TM) offers much more -
not only an SDI-to-DVI adapter, it has a built-in high-quality video
processor.
SDI (Serial-Digital Interface) offers the
highest quality, cleanest digital video studio standard of 1.19
Gb/s (HD) and 270 Mb/s (SD), with no copy protection restrictions.
With its built-in cable equalizer, Digital Blaster(TM) is precisely
engineered to input long SDI cable runs of at least 200 feet (HD)
and 500 feet (SD), and 720x480p, 1280x720p, and 1920x1080i HD and
SD input video formats. Digital Blaster(TM) lets you take that pure
480i digital video, scale and adjust it with its own built-in, high-quality
video processor, and provide DVI or HDMI (with adapter) / HDCP digital
video directly to your display. Digital Blaster(TM) provides these
HD and SD user-selectable output resolutions:
