U.S. lighting company, Illuminaire set for UK with Yello GB (30/3/2006)

U.S. lighting company Illuminaire has appointed Yello GB as preferred UK distributor for its Illuminaire brand. The move is part of the companyÕs international plans to expand its product technology and distribution into the home entertainment marketplace.

Illuminaire is an ultra-discrete ambient lighting system featuring leading-edge Wide Dispersal LED Technology. It has been developed to enhance the home theatre experience by providing deep and saturated back lighting conducive to eye relaxation and mood setting.

The effect is delivered via a high-tech LED bar, attachable to the rear of any audio-visual component or room fixture - installation is simple and instant. Available in single colour with variable pulse and fade options, or digitally controlled colour change versions, Illuminaire is expandable to accommodate any size of video/PC screen or audio hardware to create stunning and unique aura effects.

Since its launch at the U.S. CEDIA Expo last year, Illuminaire has achieved remarkable and rapid success within the U.S. custom marketplace. Yello aim to emulate this success in the UK via both the installer and retailer channels.

Having built an enviable and respected reputation for high-end A/V support systems, Yello sees Illuminaire as an exciting expansion to its product portfolio.
