Vity Launches CUSTO LAN Series of Automation Interfaces (28/2/2006)

Vity launches a new series of modules controlled by Ethernet or RS 485 Vity bus: CUSTO LAN series.

The first one of the series is CUSTO LAN RL and enables to drive by Ethernet or RS 485, 8 relays. The second one is CUSTO LAN RS and enables to drive by Ethernet or RS 485, 2 RS 232.

These little automation interfaces are very interesting to use with Vity standalone touch panels, Vimaty. Connected to the touch panel by the RS 485, it gives to Vimaty automation capabilities or more RS 232 without pass through a huge controller. The user can also control CUSTO by Ethernet thank to its RJ 45 ports and a dedicated software. It is a law cost solution for little automation systems when coupled with Vity touch panels.

Video Professional range - New HD interfaces:

VITY propose for a whole of new interfaces to answer by the best way to the problem of the new HD connexions.

Vity propose converters (YUV to DVI, YUV + audio to HDMI, DVI to YUV,Ê É), new scalers (CVBS and YC to DVI, CVBS and YC to HDMI), new HDMI switchers and splitters.

With their new HD ready screens, users will be able to convert video signal to digital signal select them and use the HDMI connexion of their screens. Many applications are concerned like conference rooms, home theatre, HD display in video shops.

Audio range - New audio tranductors

VITY offers a new solution to widespread the sound in a room with invisible loudspeakers: Audio Transductors.

These are two little modules (one for twiter and one for medium and bass) that you patch on any material and they transform walls, ceiling, floors, glasses, tables into sound sources.

The provided sound is Omni directional at nearly all frequencies and the channel separation is maintained. It enables to deliver sounds to problem areas and immerse listeners in sound.
