Asheridge Brings Telecrafter Cable Enclosures, Markers and Clips to UK Market (27/2/2006)

Asheridge Communications, the specialist provider of home communications, networking and entertainment solutions, has introduced the Telecrafter brand of enclosures, markers and clips into the UK market. Renowned as the leading US brand in this product category, Telecrafter's extensive range of cable accessories is proven to enable quicker, easier and more cost-effective installation in residential and commercial applications.

Telecrafter's large capacity enclosures from Asheridge are ideally suited for the neat, external housing of splitters, RF components and additional products. They feature standard knock outs for top and bottom entry with optional knock outs for rear cable entry available, if required. Telecrafter enclosures can be sealed using theft control seals for added security. Manufactured in UV resistant materials, the enclosures are provided in standard black or grey, with Asheridge also able to supply custom colours, on request.

As part of this range, Asheridge also offers Telecrafter feed-through bushings, allowing installers to provide a secure seal on any cable entry points into a building. These bushings are available in sizes to fit not just single or duplex RG6/CT100 cable but also the messenger and telephony pair sometimes found on Siamese cables. Complementing these products is the Telecrafter SNAPGUARD UV resistant, conduit system. This comprehensive system solution is capable of housing up to 25 cables and provides a quick, simple and time saving method for routing cables along the outside of buildings.

The Asheridge Telecrafter range extends to feature a wide choice of cable ID tags including :pre-numbered, bar-coded, write-on and coloured markers and tags. This range is designed to help installers identify cables and services quickly and easily, and provide a professional finish on a project. A series of push-in clips and clip guns are also available to reduce installation time when fixing cables to brick, mortar, wood, plasterboard or other materials.
