JVC Introduces the LT-20DA6 20" LCD Wide TV with Integrated Digital Tuner (27/2/2006)

JVC leading innovator in the field of audiovisual technology, is proud to introduce the new LT-20DA6 LCD Wide TV equipped with IDTV (Integrated Digital TV receiver).

To ensure crisp, clear, and highly detailed picture quality, the LT-20DA6 features a W-XGA (1366 x 768) panel as well as an array of input terminals including PC input for computer applications and a component input for connection to peripheral equipment such as DVDs that have a component output. Best of all, the LT-20DA6 is equipped with IDTV that allows reception of digital terrestrial TV signals.

In addition to superb picture and audio performance, JVC's LT-20DA6 offers technologically advanced features, a stylishly modern design, and outstanding versatility that will allow customers to enjoy exciting visual entertainment anytime, anywhere in the house.

The LT-20DA6 is a wide-aspect ratio television equipped with an IDTV receiver that allows reception of digital terrestrial TV signals. Currently, analogue broadcasting services are gradually migrating to full digital service in the U.K. And in preparation of this transition, JVC has introduced several IDTV models such as the LT-20DA6 to better answer user needs. All JVC IDTV models are equipped with a common interface, to enable users to switch from free broadcasting to pay-per-view easily, and this is an important advantage as digital broadcasting offers more channels to choose from. The IDTV models are also capable of EPG, an electronic programme guide that allows viewers to surf through multiple channels and reserve programmes for recording onto a VCR or DVD for later viewing. *Service availability will vary depending on the region.

W-XGA Panel

To properly display high-resolution pictures, the LT-20DA6 features a W-XGA panel with 1,366-dot (horizontal) x 768-dot (vertical) pixels.

Versatile TV or Monitor Applications

This TV is conveniently equipped with digital and analogue tuners as well as a D-Sub 15-Pin PC input terminal, giving users the freedom to choose the most suitable application for their needs.

PC PIP

Picture-in-picture function allows viewing of TV broadcasts in a sub-screen. This sub-screen can be positioned in one of the four corners, while using the TV's main screen as a PC monitor.
