Chief Introduces the New RPA-U Universal Projector Mount and Accessories with Additional Color Options (6/2/2006)

Chief(R) Manufacturing Inc., the industry leader in mounting solutions, presents the RPA-U(TM) Universal Projector Mount, now available in silver, white and black with many accessories available in matching colors. Designed to simplify installations, the RPA-U meets unique installation needs for ceiling projector mounting. There is no assembly required for this easy-to-install, low-profile projector mount.

The new RPA-U combines select custom features from Chief's award-winning RPA Series mount with universal projector compatibility. The RPA-U has independent roll, pitch and yaw adjustments that allow for precise and easy projector registration. Adjustable mounting legs and feet provide easy installation and hassle-free projector maintenance for most inverted projectors. In addition, integrated cable management allows cables to be routed through the top of the mount without additional accessories.

The low-profile design of the RPA-U adds only 45 mm for the mount top and another 19 mm for the projector bracket, making it an aesthetic solution. Among other benefits, the RPA-U has an LSB-100 Lateral Shift Accessory available for further customization, as well as Chief's exclusive All-Points Security System to lock the projector at all key connection points.

Installers who want the quickest install will still choose the RPA; however, will keep the RPA-U projector mount in-stock for last minute installations. The RPA and RPA-U have a list price of USD $199.
