Stewart Filmscreen Rigid Diffusion Screens Now Being Manufactured in Denmark, Offering Huge Savings and Shorter Lead Times for European Customers (6/2/2006)

Stewart Filmscreen Corporation(R)-the industry leader in projection screen technology for the home and commercial markets-has equipped its Denmark facility to manufacture rigid diffusion screens, offering European clientele drastic savings and shorter lead times.

Stewart Filmscreen's rigid diffusion screens, known for their wide viewing angle and unparalleled capability to handle edge blending and stereo imaging, have, until now, been manufactured in the United States and shipped overseas, resulting in freight costs that comprised as much as 50% of the cost of the screen for European customers, and an additional six to eight weeks in lead time.

"Now we can make these remarkable screens in Denmark, which offers huge benefits for European clients. They get the product much quicker, and costs are cut dramatically.
