Highland Audio Introduces Seis 1201 Satellite Speakers and the Dord 165 Subwoofer (30/1/2006)

Highland Audio is a French brand of acoustic speakers. Thanks to a range of products combining excellent musicality, pure and elegant shapes and one of the best value for money on the market, Highland Audio has met a frank success over the last few months.

Highland Audio will introduce in an active demonstration its first satellite speakers called Seis 1201 ("Pleasure" in Gaelic) reinforced by a new subwoofer called Dord 165.

The Integrated Systems Europe show will be a great opportunity to introduce the latest novelties that we will exhibit on INOVADIS booth:

With its streamlined silhouette, distinctive design, yet elegant appeal Highland Audio proudly presents the Seis 1201 (with 1 bass - midrange driver). This small 19 x 9 x 17 cm cabinet is equipped with the Highland titanium dome tweeter and an amazingly highly capable 3" bass-midrange woofer. Seis 1201

In a beautiful "Piano black" lacquer finish, Seis 1201 will be available either in a 5.1 pack configuration (5 x 1201; 1 x Dord 165) or as a 2.0 system in April 2006. More than ever, Highland Audio proves that a small size cabinet can perfectly be compatible with a great musicality and a true-to-life music reproduction.

Highland Audio has also developed a new Dord subwoofer smaller than Dord 265.

The new Dord 165 is perfectly tuned to be added to Seis speakers, and to constitute Home Theater systems of the highest quality.

Also in Hi-Fi demo during the ISE, new finish for the Oran line (Oran 4301 and Oran 4305):

- Walnut real wood veneer finish for integration in any classic décor - "Piano black" lacquer finish for a touch of elegance and stylishness.

Highland Audio will also announce for the first time ever, its beginning in the "In Wall" loudspeakers market, introducing the concept of its coming range called Slàn.
