ISE 2006 announces free 1.5 and 3 hour conference
sessions! (27/1/2006)
With just a few days to go until the 3rd
edition of Integrated Systems Europe 2006 opens its doors at the
Brussels Expo, the Organisers, in conjunction with the three associations
announce that the conference sessions will be free of charge to
everyone.
With an eleventh hour surge in show registrations,
coupled with an exhibition which is more than twice the size of
last year's event, a meeting was held between the three electronic
systems industry associations: the Custom Electronic Design and
Installation Association (r) (CEDIA(r)), InfoComm International(r)
and the National Systems Contractors Association (r) (NSCA(r). Based
on this exceptional interest in the show, they decided that the
fees for the 1.5 hour, and 3 hour conference sessions should be
waived. The flood of pre-registrations over the last week has pushed
visitor numbers up to the amount of attendees that visited the show
last year.
ISE 2006 Managing Director, Mike Blackman
was delighted with the decision taken: "Whilst we knew that ISE
2006 was exceeding all expectations in terms of visitor numbers
and exhibitor bookings, we were surprised and slightly overwhelmed
with the amount of interest shown in this event. Visitors are looking
for more than just an exhibition when they attend a trade show.
At ISE 2006, we will not only treat them to a spectacular display
of Audio Visual demonstrations in the pavilions, but also we can
now offer them a free learning experience from the very best people
in the industry. This is an historical step taken by the associations.
Blackman sees the decision to waive the conference
fees as a strong recognition by the industry and its associations
of the importance of education and learning development. "Education
plays a pivotal role in the continued success of the AV Systems
and Electronic Integration Market and to ensure that we continue
to see such exponential growth, it is vital that visitors take the
opportunity to enhance their product knowledge and technical skills
by attending the variety of innovative sessions at the show."
ISE Conference attracts leading industry
figures
Visitors, who attend the ISE 2006 Conference,
will be treated to an unbeatable line-up of keynote speakers, lively
presenters and panellists who are not afraid to discuss controversial
issues at the Conference. Focusing on market research and trends
for the professional audiovisual and residential sectors, leading
industry analysts will outline the emerging technologies and innovations
in this growing and vibrant market. Speakers include key figures
from CEDIA(r), NSCA(r), InfoComm international(r), Extron, Vantage
EMEA and many others.
Visitors who have yet to register are urged
to re-arrange their diaries and act now The huge level of interest
shown in ISE 2006 reflects the current buoyancy and optimism in
the AV Systems and Electronic Integration market. The show organisers
urge those who have not registered to act immediately and not miss
out on Europe's main event of the year. Mike Blackman believes that
Integrators and Installers, who do not attend, may regret this in
the months to come: "ISE 2006 has become the key event in the AV
systems Integration calendar. All the top exhibitors will be there
and indeed we have now sold all available space. We have more visitors
than ever before and the Conference Programme is the most comprehensive
to date. And now it is free to attend. I urge everyone to check
their diaries, reschedule meetings and register now for the event."
The organisers of ISE 2006 will be arranging
refunds for those who have booked and pre-paid their sessions. Registration
for the free conference is available on the website and visitors
are urged to act quickly to secure a space and avoid disappointment.
With rooms rapidly filling up in all the
major hotels, the organisers of ISE 2006 have today issued a further
communication to those Visitors who have not yet registered to act
now and plan their travel and accommodation requirements. Offers
are still available in the leading 4 and 5 star hotels in Brussels
and full details are available on the ISE 2006 website. The online
registration for the show is open for both the exhibition and to
reserve places at the free conference
