Meridian Digital Theater demo delivers the best sound and vision available-from one source

Since 1977, leading British luxury lifestyle audio/video technology manufacturer Meridian Audio has been building superb-sounding, award-winning home entertainment systems. Meridian's DSP technology insures that a Meridian system sounds, as well as looks, like nothing else. The company's CD and DVD players and surround processors feed a digital signal to the loudspeakers, creating a pristine digital link from studio to living room. Meridian also offers analog active loudspeakers, and power amplifiers that complement the rest of the line and will drive third-party passive loudspeakers perfectly, plus analog/digital subwoofers, which integrate perfectly into Meridian or third-party installations. Also on show is a complete new line of in/on-wall installation loudspeaker systems that can be powered by conventional amplification; by an analog Loudspeaker Control Unit; or by Meridian's signature DSP technology.

Meridian components work together to form a seamless, integrated whole, from the most comprehensive multi-room configuration or custom-built home theater to a compact, elegant stereo system. The 800 Series includes the 800 Optical Disc Player, 808 Signature CD Player and 861 Digital Surround Controller, while the versatile and highly popular G Series range includes CD and DVD players, analog preamps, digital and analog surround processors and stereo/multichannel power amplifiers - ideal building blocks for a comprehensive installation.
