Chief launches new PLP Pull-N-Tilt Wall Mount for 37-65" Flat Panel TVs (3/1/2006)

Chief(r) Manufacturing Inc., the industry leader in mounting solutions, introduces the new PLP Pull-N-Tilt Wall Mount for large flat panel TVs. The PLP, part of Chief's FUSION Series, is a breakthrough mount full of innovative features, designed with both the installer and end user in mind.

The PLP is a mounting solution that fits up to 90 percent of 37"-65" plasma and LCD screens on the market (up to 90.7 kg). Perfect mount for home entertainment applications, users will enjoy effortless, fingertip tilt adjustments for perfect positioning and an ultra low-profile design (38 mm depth) that doesn't complete with home dˇcor. Choose from either universal or custom interface brackets.

For easy installation, the PLP utilizes Chief's exclusive Q-Latch(tm) Mounting System, providing quick connect and disconnect. It also has an easy-grip handle for bottom pull out which locks for three inches of cable access. Built-in lateral shift provides up to 102 mm of left and right movement. The PLP has a large wall plate opening to reduce the risk of outlet interference. Additionally, this new universal tilt wall mount has a self-leveling design, Rapid Level(tm), for easy, hands-free leveling of the mount on the wall during installation.

The PLP has a suggested list price of USD $299. This innovative mount design is also available for mid-sized flat panels and as a fixed mounts, all with the same great functionality.
