Vantage Controls Temas Up With Exceptional Innovation for Seamless Integration (16/12/2005)

Vantage Controls announced today that its InFusion products will be embedded with Exceptional Innovation's LifeLink, making Vantage's products compatible with Exceptional Innovation's Media Center Edition home control software called Lifeware.

Vantage's lighting control and home automation products will now be auto-discovered and configured by Exceptional Innovation's Lifeware software. Users can look forward to fast integration with Windows MediaCenter, when using the two products simultaneously.

Linking two technologies that have so many capabilities is quite an accomplishment, but more importantly, it will have a tremendous impact on the future of home automation.

LifeLink converts a device's native programming into Microsoft's Web Service for Devices standard, which can be instantly added to and controlled over an in-home network. Vantage has added LifeLink to its InFusion Controller, which is a powerful and advanced system controller designed to meet the needs of a completely converged digital life.

The combination of Exceptional Innovation's LifeLink and Vantage Controls' control hardware is exactly what this industry needs.
