Asheridge Cables, Connectors and Components for HDTV
and Home Networking Take Centre Stage (13/12/2005)

Asheridge Communications, the specialist
provider of audio visual and home networking solutions, will showcase
its recently launched PureLink(tm) range of high-definition television
(HDTV) display and distribution components, the Hellermann Tyton
Home Network Sciences' solution together with its extensive range
of specialist cables and connectors on Stand D58b at ISE.
Ideal for retail, commercial and multi-room
residential applications, the PureLink range allows high-definition
pictures to be displayed on multiple HDTVs from just one source,
with no loss of image quality or integrity. Asheridge will also
show a selection of PureLink fibre optic cable systems capable of
extending an HDTV signal for display on TV's up to 1,500m away from
the source. Visitors can see how these systems are designed for
use with PureLink DVI Distribution Link Amplifiers to achieve maximum
benefit.
Asheridge will also feature its Hellermann
Tyton 'Home Network Sciences' solution for quick and easy system
integration. The system provides a full networking infrastructure
to support home communications and entertainment equipment. Further

Visitors to the stand can also see the connectors
and cables which make up Asheridge's Sidewinder no-solder a/v cabling
solution. Only Asheridge offers the full 'connectorisation' solution
for ease of specification and installation, with male and female
versions of F type, RCA/Phono, MCX, and BNC connectors. Cable types
on show include CAT5E, coaxial, A1 16/2 and 16/4, and CT100 foam
filled examples.
