LG Electronics Introduces AN110 Wall-Mount HD Projector for Innovative Installation (23/11/2005)

LG Electronics took the easy-to-use projector concept one step further by developing the world's first wall-mount HD projector. The sleek modern looking AN110 can be hung on the wall like a simple picture frame while projecting one of the best quality HD pictures in the market without any hassle.

Despite the fact that projectors are one of the most cost effective methods to realize cinema-like large-size pictures, their need to be separately installed has been pointed out as their most crucial weaknesses. LGE has completely solved it with the new wall mountable projector.

The worlds first true wall mount projector used LGE's L-type lens technology to bend the traditionally straight lens to an L shape and relocated the position of its exterior lens to the flat side of the projector. This has enabled it to hang on the wall on its flat side.

LGE clearly understood AN110's ability to be mounted on the wall leads to more exposure. The elaborate and modern design can perfectly blend in with all kinds of interior designs and actually enhances the overall standard of any indoor environment.

AN110 doesn't stop as a stylish looking projector. It's the first projector that uses the newly launched WXGA(1280x768) DLP(tm) panel by TI. The impressive 1000 ANSI lm brightness and 2500:1 contrast ratio (Spec is yet to be confirmed) enable it to project clear images even in bright environments. AN110 also supports motorized full auto functions, such as auto slide ventilator opener and auto slide lens shutter to reduce the need for manual adjustment and handling.

Overall, AN110 is a stylish world first wall-mount projector that combines style and aesthetics with cutting-edge DLP projection. AN110 will offer you the enjoyment of watching high quality HD pictures with previously unseen simple and space conserving installation. It will be available worldwide by December 2005.
