CEDIA Returns to Brighton with Autumn Training Event and AGM (3/10/2005)

CEDIA has announced details of its forthcoming regional training event which will take place at the Brighton Thistle Hotel on October 12th-13th 2005. Returning to Brighton, CEDIA will provide members with a choice of training courses and the event will also host the CEDIA Annual General Meeting and give CEDIA members the opportunity to go for some high-octane thrills on the water at nearby Hove Lagoon !

Courses available at this event include a special session looking at the issue of Staff Motivation and another exploring and addressing some of the key market trends facing custom installers today. A further course will take a close look at CEDIA's CPD course for architects, interior designers, developers and other building specifiers, identifying how members can qualify to deliver this course and then use it to grow their business with these customers.

Open to all CEDIA members, the AGM is a fantastic opportunity to find out all the CEDIA news from the last year, hear the plans for the next 12 months and discover the composition of the new CEDIA board, as well as take up the opportunity to express their views.

One of the extra highlights of the event is the CEDIA UK powerboat challenge on Brighton beach front! Delegates will get the chance to let the fresh sea air whip through their hair as they whizz along the coast in powerboats. For those who prefer something slightly calmer, if a little wetter, there will also be the opportunity to take part in sailing and other water based activities. As ever, the autumn regional training event will provide a great opportunity to mix socially and network with fellow professionals in an informal setting.

Packages are available, with at a discount rate for CEDIA members of £250 (non-members £400).
