CEDIA UK Expo 2006 Stand Space Going Fast (3/10/2005)
CEDIA has announced that exhibition space
at the CEDIA Expo 2006 (June 20-22 2006, ExCeL London) is already
filling up fast. Over 80% of stand space at Europe's leading home
technology show has now been reserved for the event which will be
making its London debut in 2006 on the back of successive year on
year growth.
CEDIA Expo is providing 6000m_ of exhibition
space in Halls 8, 9 and 10 at ExCel next year. All the big names
in custom installation will be present including AMX, A+K UK, Armour
Group, AWE Europe, Crestron, CSE, Denon, Fujitsu, Helvar, Imerge,
KEF, Linn Products, Linnsight, Living Control, Lutron, Marantz,
RGB, Marata Vision, SIM2 UK, Universal Electronics and USD. Many
of these companies are taking bigger stands than at this year's
event which took place at the International Convention Centre in
Birmingham and attracted a record attendance of over 4,700 visitors.
"CEDIA Expo 2005 was fantastic, hence the
phenomenal take up we are already seeing for stand space at Expo
2006" said Wendy Griffiths, CEDIA Expo Event Director. "Exhibitors
must move fast, particularly if they want to ensure their preferred
stand size and location. The new location of ExCeL in the heart
of London is proving an exceedingly popular move, and we are confident
that we will attract more visitors to the 2006 event - the only
one in the UK dedicated to the fast-growing custom installation
sector."
CEDIA Expo 2006 is a fully rounded industry
event for the home automation and integration sector. In addition
to the exhibition, CEDIA Expo 2006 will feature an expanded CEDIA
training and seminar programme (19 - 22 June 2006), held in six
superbly equipped seminar rooms. There will also be a range of added
value visitor attractions and feature areas aimed at custom installers,
architects, interior designers, housebuilders and other specifiers.
And plans are already well advanced to use the excellent local facilities
for the social activities for which CEDIA is renowned!
Located in Docklands, ExCeL London is a thriving,
easily accessible exhibition and conference centre. It is home to
a vast range of events throughout the year, from internationally
acclaimed travel trade exhibitions to high octane sporting events
for all the family, as well as product launches, conferences and
corporate hospitality functions.
