News Vantage Adds R-Touch Button to its BriteStyle Lighting Control Family (3/10/2005) Last year, Vantage Controls introduced BriteStyle, the most customizable and visually appealing automation button available. Now, Vantage is proud to announce an addition to the BriteStyle family; R-Touch. R-Touch is a rectangular shaped button that is backlit by a three color LED, providing unlimited color choice. It will accompany the M-Touch, which is the marquee-shaped button also released last year. The buttons feature an elegant, stylized design to enhance aesthetic appeal. The BriteStyle buttons have been recognized twice, winning product of the year awards from CEA TechHome and EH Publishing. "Vantage is committed to creating innovative lighting control options," said Ron Wilson, Vantage CEO. "We will continue to develop creative options to enhance design in houses, restaurants, offices or schools." BriteStyle buttons are mounted to a specially designed keypad station that can accommodate all of the popular Vantage faceplate styles. A Vantage keypad can accommodate up to eight BriteStyle buttons and also features an ambient light sensor for automatic day/night backlight intensity control.
