Vantage Controls Introduces New TouchPoint Touch Screens (3/10/2005)

Vantage Controls' TouchPoint family welcomed three new additions recently; the TouchPoint 1040, the TouchPoint 890HD and the TouchPoint 1210HD. Vantage's new touch screens give users complete control of lights, audio and video, temperature and even offer Internet capabilities, while supporting streaming media and Web browsing.

The TouchPoint 1040 is a 10" high-resolution touch screen with several mounting possibilities. It offers amazing flexibility with in-wall, desk-top, kickstand and under-counter mounting options. The TouchPoint 890HD and the TouchPoint 1210HD are 9" and 12" high-definition in-wall touch screens - the first HD touch screens on the market - that are ideal for any control and automation solution.

"Touch screens are such a central part of today's control systems," said Richard Brady, Vantage's Executive Vice President. "Dealers have been looking for a time-tested lighting control company to include touch screens into its entire system. With the TouchPoint family we're giving dealers what they want; touch screens with superior lighting control and easy integration of third party solutions."

Vantage touch screens are specifically designed to simplify today's complicated control and automation applications, while giving Vantage dealers a central place to fulfill all of their home automation and lighting control needs. They provide a simple, impressive way to control your automated home, office or building.
