Optoma to showcase the latest products at IFA 2005 (19/8/2005)

Optoma today announces it will demonstrate some of its latest products at IFA 2005 (Stand 116, Hall 26), at Messe Berlin Convention Centre from 2-7 September.

As well as displaying some of the current Optoma products, Optoma Deutschland will be launching the latest addition to the Optoma Home Entertainment family Ð the Optoma MovieTime(TM) integrated DVD/projector.

Optoma products on Display at IFA 2005 include Ð

MovieTime(TM) Ð a High Definition Compatible, ultra portable projector with integral DVD player and sound system. It transforms any wall into the ultimate entertainment experience with huge widescreen images dwarfing the largest ÔBig Screen' TV's. With no setup or cabling required MovieTime(TM) is always ready to immerse the audience in stunningly realistic movie action, life size gaming and sporting events Ð bigger than ever before.

H79 Ð The new High Definition ready H79 with DarkChip3(TM) home cinema projector delivers substantial image quality enhancement over its predecessor, the award-winning H78. With an amazing contrast ratio of 4000:1, the near silent H79 (23dB) makes standard definition television look like DVD; DVD appears to be high-definition content and high definition is given a whole new dimension in image quality.

EP719/16 Ð Now you can avoid those awkward gaps between presentations by connecting the next source, while the current presentation is still running with the latest DLP(TM) data projector featuring twin VGA inputs and password security. The high brightness of 2000 Lumens, amazing contrast of 2000:1 and XGA resolution, ensure stunning image quality.

Optoma marketing manager EMEA, Bob Johnson commented, "IFA is one of the most important industry events in Europe, the show will enable us to highlight and launch our latest products to the European market".
