Lutron Announces the Winners of its European Excellence Awards for HomeWorks Providers (5/7/2005)

Lutron Electronics Co. Inc., the world leader in lighting control, is proud to announce the winners of its first ever European Excellence Awards for HomeWorks providers.

The Awards categories recognised companies with outstanding sales, installation expertise and fine-tuned marketing strategies and were judged by an independent panel of magazine editors from within the industry, along with representation from the CEDIA organisation.

The winners were announced and presented with their awards at the annual Homeworks Dealer Forum in Budapest. In recognition of their contribution, winners received a complimentary trip to Lutron's Experience Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the use of the Lutron Excellence Awards logo and Plaque for future marketing activity and will be displayed on Lutron's exhibition stand at CEDIA UK 2005.

The category winners of the Excellence Awards are as follows:

* Award for Business Growth - UK: Sound Creation
* Award for Business Growth - Europe: van Berge Henegouwen
* Most Innovative Programming: MR Electrontecknik
* Most Unusual Installation: Smart Business
* Best Integration with Other Equipment: The Majik House Company
* Best Lutron Marketing Campaign: In Control
