Cognio Announces First Laptop-Based Wi-Fi Spectrum Analyzer for Simple and Cost Effective Troubleshooting of Wi-Fi Interference (22/6/2005)

Cognio, the leader in cognitive spectrum analysis for wireless networks, today announced commercial availability of the world's first laptop-based RF spectrum analysis solution for Wi-Fi networks. Intelligent Spectrum Management(TM) System (ISMS) Mobile--based on Cognio's patented SAgE cognitive radio technology--is the first product to provide full spectrum analysis capabilities, identify the specific sources of interference, and locate interference that undermines the security and performance of wireless networks.
