Based on the latest Kaleidescape Software Release 2.4, the Kaleidescape System is an easy to control and operate entertainment server which revolutionizes the way homeowners and yacht owners collect, manage and enjoy their DVD movie collections. The Kaleidescape System is capable of providing simultaneous playback in 25 zones or more depending on the configuration and specific movies being viewed. A single Kaleidescape System is capable of storing thousands of DVD movies. Software Release 2.4 provides a whole host of significant features for managing and enjoying movie collections. These include Scripts - a feature which allows users to create and play any sequence of movies, trailers, episodes, favourite scenes, home videos, cover art, etc., to create a completely personalized viewing experience. Another new innovation gives users the ability to mark, name, and play back multiple favourite scenes within a movie quickly and easily.
