Custom installers, architects, interior designers and other specifiers can see how the company's range of simple to operate and integrate systems provide an efficient, comfort control solution, with special relevance to the accurate control of underfloor heating systems. smartkontrols systems provide a major step forward from ordinary domestic heating controllers. They bring significantly greater comfort, energy savings and remote access via mobile phone or internet for complete heating, ventilation and air-conditioning control.

A smartkontrols HVAC control system can be easily integrated with other control systems and interfaces from Crestron, AMX and others to create a complete whole house automation system. Alternatively, with its unique combination of wall plates and temperature sensors, local sensing and adjustment of temperature can simply be provided.

Also, on display is the company's smartEtext technology which uses SMS text messaging through an ordinary mobile phone to remotely control a smartkontrols home heating system. On receipt of an instruction to place the house into occupation or holiday mode the smartkontrols system will automatically carry out the command and respond with a confirmation message. Among the other highlights on the stand is the smartserver. This device allows fully flexible, web-enabled access to the smartkontrols system from any web browser, WAP phone, XDA or similar device. Unlike most software-based server systems which use a PC, the smartserver is an embedded hardware module within the control system. It enables adjustment of settings to be made from wherever the user may be, automatically "serving up" pages to any device which supports the internet browser.
