Nordost Announce the Wyrewizard Sub Brand of Audio and A/V Cables (24/5/2005)

Wyrewizard is a New Sub Brand of cables, designed in the USA by Nordost, to offer high levels of performance at a competitive price. The New Sub Brand of Audio and A/V cables where unveiled at the Munich Hi-End Show Germany 5th-May 2005.

The Wyrewizard DVI (Digital Video Interface) and HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Video Interface) cables are high quality digital video connections with a very wide bandwidth. They are designed to offer perfect digital video transfer of information to your screen.

The cables are constructed using high purity, 26 AWG, 6N OFC conductors, insulated with a high quality extruded polypropylene dielectric. Each cable has high quality 100 % triple braid shield to give superior RFI rejection in accordance with the DVI and HDMI standard, and are fully compliant to over 15 metres. The cable is terminated with high quality gold plated plugs; the termination is made into a miniature PC board in the connector which maintains excellent skew rate and very precise matching of the DVI and HDMI chipsets in the connected components.

For a superb picture with incredible detail and colour information Wyrewizard DVI and HDMI are the best choice. Wyrewizard DVI and HDMI both carry a limited lifetime warranty. The Retail prices of both cables is £84.95 for a one metre terminated cable, and £10.00 per metre increment thereafter.

Both DVI and HDMI cables are compliant to more than 15 metres. The Cables are available in lengths of 1,2,3,6, and 10metres (12 & 15 to follow shortly).
