BBG is New Exclusive Distributor for all Bandridge and Profigold Connection Products in the UK (15/4/2005)

Bandridge Europe has chosen BBG Distribution Ltd as its new Exclusive Distributor for all Bandridge and Profigold connection products in the UK as from 1st April 2005.

BBG, an established specialist distributor for Audio AV & IT Accessory products since 1993, will be stocking and shipping a full range of the top 350 selling products from Bandridge & Profigold by Wednesday 6th April. This offering will be expanded yet further when BBG re-locates to its new Watford warehouse facility in July 2005.

Bandridge is Europe's fastest growing supplier of high margin connection products and at the recent Retail Vision Conference, Bandridge Cables and Connections' sales and marketing solutions were nominated for "Best Retail Concept, Best Accessory and Best Product Range" awards by some of the largest Consumer Electronic and IT Retailers in Europe.

BBG has been researching the home cable and accessory market for the past year to find a suitable partner that it felt could offer UK retailers a high quality, high profit product line that was a genuine 'one stop' solution and that complimented the distributors highly successful Vogels product range. To aid a smooth transition, BBG is currently negotiating to purchase the Bandridge 'low call 0845' rate phone and fax numbers which will then be re-directed to BBG.

The company is also pleased to announce that it has secured the services of David Mills (formerly the Sales Manager for Bandridge UK) who will now be National Sales Manager - Accessories Division.

David has a wealth of experience within the accessories market and, of course, has a encyclopedic knowledge of Bandridge and Profigold products.

Note: outgoing Bandridge distributor - Topodis UK Ltd - has decided to re-focus its energy back onto its core business of manufacturing and distributing heating, cooling and Omicron lighting products.
