Fixed Line SMS is possibly the only growth area for fixed line operators and manufacturers of PSTN telephony products (30/3/2005)

A new report provides in-depth technical and market information, along with details of individual operator's services and products that support Fixed Line SMS.

Produced by Aktivia SARL, and written by Gunnar Pettersson, the report makes extensive use of tables and charts to increase its readability and to facilitate the process of drawing conclusions from the analysed data.

With an emphasis on Europe, examples of current and future service offerings are included along with associated pricing information. A separate chapter covers the development of Fixed Line SMS in France, and another chapter, the author's own experience of France Telecom's Mini Message service.
